With transformative approaches.

The plenum academy is the educational branch of PLENUM. It combines sound knowledge from science and practice with sustainable management and transformative learning approaches.

Our educational offerings are based on the concept of holism. We see creative, adaptable, and community-minded individuals as the heart of organizations.

This is how we design learning spaces that promote personal development, co-creative collaboration, and entrepreneurial responsibility

– for a future that is ecologically, socially, and economically sustainable — yes, resilient!

What sets our seminars apart:

Holistic approach
For us, body, mind, and attitude belong together.
Transformative
Connecting inner and outer change.
Practical
Proven methods – directly applicable in life & work.
Co-creative
Learning as a communal process – with space for exchange and reflection.
Sustainable
Personal development in harmony with organizations, society, and nature

Money & Projection Work:

Satisfied with money? At peace with money!

What is money really? For some, it is security; for others, power, freedom, or guilt. Few topics are as emotionally charged—and have such a profound effect on our actions, our decisions, and our interactions with one another.
In creative and personal processes, we explore (according to the peterkoenigsystem) the unconscious shadows surrounding our own relationship with money. This creates space for new clarity, sovereignty, and freedom of action—in life, at work, and in your social activities.
Projection work, also known as shadow work, can be applied to other topics besides money, for example in a business context.

What to expect:

In-depth self-exploration in a safe environment

Projection work with body, mind, and soul

Recognizing conditioning, beliefs, and shadow aspects

Co-creative exchange with other participants

Concrete tools for integration into everyday life and work

Goals:

Clarity about unconscious money behavior

Recognition and integration of biographical influences

Conscious handling of money in work and everyday life

Freedom for a self-determined, good life

Contribution to the collective transformation of our awareness of money

For whom:

For people who deal with money—internally, professionally, or socially—and are ready to explore their relationship with money more deeply.

Shadow & Peace Work

Radical acceptance means embracing life as it is.

What if development doesn't begin with changing something, but with allowing everything?
Projection work or shadow work according to Peter König is about accepting what we often reject: our shadows, our parts, our environment—and, last but not least, ourselves.
Radical acceptance means embracing life with everything it brings. Without escape, without judgment. It means taking responsibility—not for the circumstances, but for how we deal with them.
At plenum akademie, we create spaces for this deep form of inner work: honest, transformative, healing.

Dates:

New seminars and formats on radical acceptance will start soon. If you are interested, we look forward to hearing from you!

Source & Initiatives:

Recognizing the power of the source—and consciously leading

Every initiative begins with one person who is the first to take risks, assume responsibility, and drive the momentum for implementation. Peter König refers to this first person as the “source” of a project or company.
They play a central role that goes far beyond operational tasks: they hold on to the original vision and are the guardian of the inner mission. This role is demanding, and this is precisely where the source principles come in.

This applies in particular to succession processes in companies and projects. The source principles help to consciously shape these transitions and keep the original founding impulse alive.

What is source work?

Source work is a proven process of reflection and clarification that helps to clearly identify
clearly identify the original source of a project or company,

raise awareness of its rights, duties, and responsibilities,

recognize source confusion (e.g., when someone is a source but does not know it—or should not be),

and specifically assign the role of source for sub-areas to other people – without diluting overall responsibility.

The source principles help to:

realign organizations in phases of growth or change

strengthen teams in their personal responsibility

keep the original vision alive, especially when many people are involved in shaping it

establish a leadership culture based on clarity, trust, and personal integrity

For whom:

Founders, initiators, project or team leaders

Managers

People who want to gain clarity about their role in an initiative

Teams that want to better distribute shared responsibility

“Working in a field where the source is present in its inner clarity and connectedness is deeply inspiring—a space characterized by trust, shared responsibility, and collective effectiveness.”

Inner Development & Transformation:

Inner development as the key to social transformation

The major challenges of our time—climate, justice, cohesion—require more than just technological or political solutions. Above all, they require people who are inwardly mature, connected, and capable of action.
The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) provide a framework for promoting precisely these skills, including self-leadership, compassion, cooperation, and purpose orientation. They show that change begins within us—and education is its breeding ground.

We create spaces where people can reflect, gain new perspectives, and strengthen their inner resources—for a world shaped by awareness, responsibility, and connectedness.

What you can expect:

Mindful self-reflection & personal development

Connecting inner attitude with entrepreneurial action

Orientation towards the five dimensions of IDGs

Education as a process of inner and outer change

“The most profound revolution is that of inner attitude.” freely adapted from Joseph Beuys

Leadership & Team Development:

Rethinking leadership – and working together effectively

We live in an age where leadership is more than just making decisions and steering the ship. It also involves building relationships, developing awareness, and taking responsibility for the big picture. We create learning spaces where leaders and their teams can rediscover and reshape themselves, their roles, and their interactions with one another.
Our focus is on inner clarity, authentic communication, and the ability to provide support in times of change – for oneself and others. Because true leadership begins within – and unfolds in joint action.

What we strengthen:

Self-leadership & personal attitude

Trust & psychological safety in the team

Sharing responsibility & making decisions in a participatory manner

Feedback & dialogue skills

Spaces for growing together – instead of just optimizing performance

“Leadership means opening up spaces where people can develop.”
